Thought Leadership
There was a time — not too long ago — when being a CTO meant ensuring operational continuity. We were guardians of uptime, champions of infrastructure, and curators of vendor ecosystems. Our biggest transformations revolved around shifting from on-prem to cloud, digitizing paper-heavy workflows, or centralizing fragmented systems. Success was measured by availability, speed, and cost savings.
